中铁长安重工有限公司为中铁二十局集团公司下属唯一一家工业制造与国际物流贸易企业，2017年12月20日由中铁二十局集团西安工程机械有限公司与中铁二十局集团陕西物资有限公司合并重组成立，主要从事工程机械制造以及物流贸易等业务。公司注册资本1亿元。现有职工800人，专业技术人员450人。拥有大型设备45台套。
